"Thank you so much for the wonderful production last Friday! It was fantastic! Our students loved it and were truly inspired."
“A surprisingly funny, upbeat and modern interpretation.” Chelsea Elcombe
“Truffaldino, the hero, made the performance a real success. I’ve got lots to write about now!” Roma Stellabotte
"I thought it would be just another students' show - oh well. But then it started and what joy! I was amazed from beginning to end and so was my partner. We were really impressed at the quality and creativity of the setting, staging, acting, dancing, which were all virtually flawless. There was so much going on! And it felt really natural as well as high standard! Wow! We both really laughed and loved it. The week before we saw Measure for Measure at the Almeida in London. That was an amazing show but we were just as happy on leaving the Komedia with our heads full of tricks from A Servant to Two Masters."

Some of the many comments from the audience: "Absolutely brilliant! It was difficult to believe that it was not a professional performance. Who needs London?!" "It was terrific to see such confident performances" "I was overwhelmed by the standard of the production. So, firstly many congratulations!" "I didn't know anything about the show and didn't know what to expect. But as soon as it began my mouth hit the floor. The choreography, staging and harmonies were so tight it could have passed for a professional production with many soloists giving West End standard performances!" "We thought the show was terrific and really admired the genuine talent and enthusiasm on display!"

The WSCYT continues to be proud of performing at least 3 major shows each season. To accompany the large scale productions, the youth theatre also run a number of smaller tours and events involving the older members of the company all year round.
We celebrated this momentous achievement on Sunday 8th March at The Capitol Theatre in Horsham. The evening comprised of eating, drinking, talking, laughing and some high class entertainment. The main event was the performance of "We Are Such Stuff".
