The company are formed on a project basis and produce approximately three major productions each year. They work with theatre professionals, directors, writers, designers, choreographers, and perform in professional theatre venues throughout the County and beyond. They have performed at all the major venues in the county, have toured within the UK and Europe, performing at The Edinburgh Festival Fringe and selected to perform at the National Student Drama Festival in Scarborough on two occasions.

Recent successes include A Respectable Wedding,  A Doll's House, Parade, Private Peaceful, Picnic at Hanging Rock, the musical and Songs For A New World.

The company is selected by audition for each production. They are aged between 15 and 25 and live in or are educated in West Sussex.

The company is based at The Drama Annex at NEAPC in Crawley where they have a store for set, lighting and costume. Rehearsals take place throughout the county depending on the venue for the performance, they are generally on Sundays and during school holidays and half terms. There are plans for a move of venue but it is hoped that this will still be in the Crawley region and close to public transport.
